Job description

  • Architect enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) solutions using IBM Optim.
  • Design and implement strategies for test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and refresh.
  • Partner with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver scalable testing solutions.
  • Integrate automated testing practices into Agile and DevOps workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership for test planning, design, execution, and optimization.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that increase test coverage, quality, and release velocity.
  • Support testing infrastructure, environment management, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

CTG is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Architect - Test Data Management to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) solutions. The ideal candidate is a Test Data Management SME with strong expertise in IBM Optim, capable of driving quality engineering initiatives that improve test automation, efficiency, and software delivery within Agile and DevOps environments., * Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Test Data Management.

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Optim.
  • Knowledge of enterprise quality engineering and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience supporting Agile and DevOps software delivery.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with mainframe testing best practices.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, or related roles.
  • Proven success implementing enterprise Test Data Management solutions.
  • Extensive IBM Optim experience in large-scale environments.
  • Experience leading quality engineering initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits & conditions

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
