TMG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. U.S. Citizen only, The Metamorphosis Group, Inc, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join and exciting program supporting national security. Intelligence Community Agency Sponsor has a mission need for additional support to enable and grow its existing automation efforts and drive forward its natural language processing efforts., The Sponsor seeks a Data Scientist who shall focus on the Sponsor's business analytics, metrics collection, and analysis efforts to assist the Sponsor's management team in addressing questions on the Sponsor's work force characteristics, workforce productivity and output, and the value of reporting to the workforce. Responsibilities include working directly with the Sponsor and other stakeholders to establish working data sets, configurations, and profiles to support metrics analysis. In addition, the Contractor shall design and implement advanced design configurations for complex datasets. As part of that work, the Contractor shall compile data analysis and reporting needs using deployed tools and collaborate closely with the Sponsor and other stakeholders to stay current/abreast of changes with current enterprise metadata collection tools. As part of the position, the Contractor shall also produce ad hoc reports/metrics as deemed necessary to answer immediate needs, while implementing the Sponsor's coordination process.

Requirements

TS/SCI with FSP Bachelor's and 14 (fourteen) years of experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree Experience building systems models Ability to select and apply appropriate statistical or quantitative techniques Expertise in identifying and curating data needed to train and run models, * Python NLP packages such as Spacy, Gensim, or NLTK

  • Deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Keras
  • HuggingFace Transformers library and hub
  • Creating machine learning models that conduct text classification and topic modeling
  • SQL
  • Leveraging GPUs for accelerated computing
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis on personnel, intelligence, and performance metrics.
  • ECL and HPCC (5 years minimum in ECL)
  • Data Modeling
  • Python, R, Pig, Java, C, or SQL to perform large scale parallel processing of data
  • Developing, validating, and using methodologies to support analytic requirements in Clustered Computing environments

Optional Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with developing data visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with creative problem-solving skills to address procedural and administrative issues within the assigned problem set.
  • Demonstrated experience with web analytics processing and procedures.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Amazon Web Services infrastructure and its native data science capabilities.
