At EPIC Health, we believe technology should accelerate innovation, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve patient care. We're looking for a Rapid Software Developer who enjoys building solutions from the ground up and can quickly turn ideas into production-ready applications. This is a hands-on, full-stack development role-not a traditional software engineering position with long development cycles. You'll work directly with operational and clinical leaders to rapidly design, develop, test, and deploy custom software that improves workflows across our growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate has experience building modern web applications using technologies such as Python, Django, Flask, JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, SQL, APIs, and cloud-based platforms, and enjoys solving complex business problems through technology.
