OverviewWe are #Hiring for a Java Backend Software Engineer Lead - B2B - Contract - EU - Remote role.Location: EU - Remote2+ Months - B2B - ContractQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. (Master's degree preferred.)8+ years of experience in backend development with demonstrated healthcare domain knowledge.5+ years of experience with modular development on AWS.Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks), Node.JS/Express.JSExperience in integrating backend services with mobile app backends (Flutter, React Native).Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and interoperability frameworks.Knowledge of security best practices for handling protected health information (PHI) and other sensitive data.Experience with containerization technologies and microservices architecture.Preferred:Experience working with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Experience with healthcare software development or health information systems.Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics in healthcare contexts.Work effectively in a matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders.Strong negotiation, collaboration, and influence management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate clinical concepts and rationale to stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentComfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to complex and dynamic situations.Multicultural awareness to enable collaboration with diverse, global teams.A strong passion for improving healthcare through technology, including access to care and healthcare experiences.#J-*****-Ljbffr
