Head Of Infrastructure (Hybrid And Cloud): Lead the strategy and execution of a hybrid infrastructure combining on-premises data centers and public cloud services with an accent on scalability, automation, and security. Focus on designing robust architectures, managing a Linux-based ecosystem and Kubernetes clusters, and leading a high-performing DevOps and SRE team., * Develop and own the hybrid infrastructure strategy balancing on-prem bare metal and public cloud agility.

• Provide architectural oversight ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Lead and grow a team of DevOps and SRE engineers fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Drive automation initiatives to achieve a "No-Ops" environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and capacity planning for hardware and data centers.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with modern standards.

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Spain.
• Strong Linux internals and server management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of networking principles including L2/L3, BGP, and load balancing.
• Experience with Kubernetes architecture on bare metal and managed cloud services.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CNCF tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Learning and development opportunities with challenging tasks.
