About You - 3+ years of proven work experience with all stages of the creative process in advertising or communications agencies. Proven experience working as an Art designer. - Significant Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc). - Bonus points if you are competent in additional programs (i.e. Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, editing/color-editing). - Fluent in English. - Clear understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow and storytelling, get teams to improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level. - Not afraid of doing repetitive work when necessary. - Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides and putting together client decks. - Curiosity, creativity, above-average commitment, a keen eye for detail and a high visual quality standard. - Great team player and willing to walk the extra mile, always supporting the whole team with your craft

About The Role Monks is looking for a creative designer to create and adapt designs for Social Media. You will cooperate with a design-savvy and creative team to devise an overall concept. You will be responsible for analysing regional and local market requirements and nailing quality, brand guidelines and visual executions across different channels. Responsibilities - Generate clear ideas in tandem with the content team to support local markets with the conceptual and visual execution of campaigns for an iconic automotive brand. - Understand social media initiatives, strategic position and target audience. - Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. - Manage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar. - Conduct image research: sourcing the best visuals to achieve the strongest composition for each campaign and deliverable. - Present complete ideas and the art designs of social media client / team members. - Own smaller projects or a small part of bigger, and ideas, Humble and open to feedback and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows.
