ServiceNow platform across implemented and planned modules + Lead the design of High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs) for complex, multi-instance or highly integrated environments + Translate business objectives and technical requirements into concrete architectural blueprints + Define, implement, and lead technical governance processes including Design Authority Board reviews + Enforce ServiceNow best practices, design standards, and development guidelines to minimize technical debt + Conduct technical risk assessments and ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements + Design and govern secure, high-performance integration patterns between ServiceNow and enterprise systems + Lead the governance of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM + Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for architectural, performance, and security challenges + Coach and mentor Solution Architects, Developers, and Implementation teams + Present technical strategies and platform roadmaps to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives + Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimates, and statements of work Ready to set the technical standard for ServiceNow at enterprise scale?
