Performance Test Lead

You'll be responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end Performance & Non-Functional Testing strategy, ensuring cloud-based services are scalable, resilient, secure, and release-ready. Working closely with Architects, DevOps, Engineering and Product teams, you'll embed performance testing into delivery pipelines and provide clear insight into quality, risk, and operational readiness.

We're looking for an experienced Performance & Non-Functional Testing Lead to join a large-scale cloud transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience and a proven background delivering performance and non-functional testing across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments., * Extensive experience delivering Performance & Non-Functional Testing within Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in defining and executing testing strategies covering load, stress, volume, resilience, failover, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner or NeoLoad.
• Strong Scripting skills (Python, Java or Scala) and experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and engage with technical and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
