IT Technician

· Provide first-line IT support to end users via Microsoft Teams and email.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely and on site.

· Log, manage, and track tickets through the IT service management system.

· Manage SharePoint environment, covering security, compliance, and threat detection.

· Build and maintain SharePoint Flows and Power Automate jobs based on user requirements.

· Maintain and update the company website, managing security and user access.

· Document resolutions and processes to ISO27001 standards for audit and team reference.

· Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve licensing and application issues.

Our client is looking for a motivated IT Technician to join their busy support team in Gloucestershire. You'll be handling 1st line support, managing their SharePoint environment, and keeping their website secure and up to date. If you're comfortable with Power Automate, WordPress, and working to ISO27001 standards, Apply Now!, · Proven experience in a 1st line IT support or helpdesk role.

· Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.

· Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell.

· Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Power Automate workflow creation.

· Strong knowledge of WordPress and website management including security.

· Understanding of ISO27001 processes and information security practices.

· Good communication skills with a customer-focused, calm-under-pressure approach.

The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:

· IT-related certification such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.

· Relevant IT degree or equivalent industry experience.

· Experience working within a security-cleared or defence-adjacent environment.
