Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to support and develop a complex multi-site infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for maintaining critical IT services, supporting project delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure improvements across cloud, virtualisation, server, and network technologies., * Supporting enterprise infrastructure services across multiple locations

• Delivering infrastructure solutions for business and IT projects
• Managing and optimising Windows Server and VMware environments
• Supporting Azure cloud services and Entra ID
• Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
• Monitoring infrastructure performance and resolving technical issues
• Supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
• Producing technical documentation and contributing to technology roadmaps

• Strong VMware administration experience
• Solid 3rd line experience
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services expertise
• Solid networking and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work across both operational support and project environments
