Job description
Bowhead is seeking Web/SharePoint Developers to support a customer in Stafford, VA. Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.
- Manage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division. Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.
- Design and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
- Perform system integrations and implement workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in website administration or a related field.
- DOD 8570 requirements for IAT I
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with JSOM and REST API.
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.
- Experience with custom web part development and custom solutions such as WSP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Preferred: Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration.
- Preferred: Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Preferred: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Physical Demands:

- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level . US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
