- Maintain system integrity by performing regular updates, data management, and troubleshooting issues related to software implementation and administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles.
- Ensure system security by managing user access, permissions, and implementing best practices for information security within Salesforce.
- Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems such as Pegasystems, AWS cloud services, and RESTful APIs for seamless data flow.
- Conduct system tuning, performance monitoring, and load balancing to optimize platform responsiveness and reliability.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for Salesforce-related issues, including system design adjustments and configuration management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, software administration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with solution architecture concepts and experience working within a service-oriented architecture environment.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including Active Directory management, system architecture design, server backup & recovery strategies, and storage management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, JavaScript, Python) along with familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), virtualization (VMware, ESXi), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Server using T-SQL or PL/SQL for data management tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in technical troubleshooting support related to network security (firewalls, VPNs), load balancing, DNS configuration, and system tuning.
- Background in computer science or systems engineering with knowledge of NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB is a plus.
