Job description

  • Facilitate the ideation and creation of analytical solutions for various functions.

  • Capture requirements and suggest improvements for analytical processes.

  • Collaborate extensively across cross-functional teams and the organization.

  • Drivethe development and deployment of analytical solutions, fosteringanalyticsand insights that yield positive business outcomes.

  • Ensure the development of Analytics & Insights aligns with the End-to-End (E2E) supply chain focus and business objectives.Experience in demand planning is a plus.

  • Act as a key resource to support and drive analytics initiatives.

  • Ensurea high levelof customer value and satisfaction through extreme ownership.

  • Promote the adoption and usage of analytics tools and insights.

  • Support training of analytic tools.

  • Ensuretimelyand efficient delivery of solutions.

  • Serve as a steward of your analytics by generating insightsforbusiness use cases.

Requirements

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of7years of relevant experience in supply chainand operationsanalytics, or advanced degree with a minimum of5years of relevant experience in supply chainand operationsanalytics.Demand Planning experience is a plus.

  • Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion. Nice to Have

  • ExperienceleveragingAI to improveproductivity is a plus

  • SQL Developer experience is a plus but notrequired

  • Visualization experience such asPowerBI

  • PowerAppsand Power Automate experience.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Experience in a regulated environment like Medical Device, etc. .

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$123,200.00 - $184,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
