Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic Agile team delivering business-critical software solutions. In this role, you will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and fellow developers to build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality applications., Solution Analysis & Design

  • Analyze, understand, and challenge business requirements.
  • Assess technical feasibility and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Software Development

  • Design and develop new features and enhancements.
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
  • Develop backend services and contribute to frontend development.
  • Apply modern development best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing & Quality

  • Develop unit and integration tests.
  • Perform code reviews and peer reviews.
  • Ensure application reliability, quality, and performance.
  • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Maintenance & Support

  • Investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing applications and improve system performance.
