Job description
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Marketing organization. This role will partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, develop scalable reporting, analyze campaign performance, and help optimize marketing strategies through data. The ideal candidate has strong SQL expertise, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing team.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, paid search, paid social, and organic channels.
- Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rate, marketing spend, and campaign performance.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy across dashboards and reports.
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and scalable analytics solutions.
Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Analyst.

Expert-level SQL skills with experience writing complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, aggregations, query optimization, and data transformation). This is a core requirement.

Strong experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.

Experience defining and tracking KPIs and business metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Strong English communication skills. Highly Preferred

Experience as a Marketing Data Analyst within a SaaS, IT, software, or technology company.

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of marketing metrics, including: ROI, ROAS, Attribution, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Marketing Spend, Conversion Rate

Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing teams.

Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

Experience with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
