Job description
You will be the primary technical partner for the Product Manager of the Marketing domain, owning the solution end-to-end. From architecting the ETLs that ingest raw signals to delivering the analysis that drives growth, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle that turns marketing & UX data into actionable insights. The Challenge: Total Digital Traceability We are at an inflection point where we need to unite global marketing, product, and onboarding data into a cohesive ecosystem. Your mission is to build the pipelines and data models that enable end-to-end funnel visibility and real-time customer insights. The vision: build an "intelligence engine" that powers segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle automation across our MarTech landscape (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics). Our Toolkit: Orchestration: Airflow (Cloud Composer) is our backbone. Integration: Expert handling of third-party APIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Segment) to ingest and sync high-fidelity customer data. Smart Ingestion: Leveraging DLT (Data Load Tool) to build seamless and scalable pipelines. Cloud Power: Full GCP suite (GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery). Modeling & Quality: We use dbt at scale, integrating DuckDB to enforce bulletproof Data Contracts. DevOps Culture: Dockerized environments and solid CI/CD are our standard in Github Actions. What You'll Do ️ Master Traffic Allocation & Routing: Design the logic and infrastructure to track leads from specific marketing campaigns and ensure they are correctly allocated to the right teams worldwide. UX Data to Insights: Capture and process granular user interaction data (clicks, sessions, events) to help Product teams understand usage patterns and improve the digital experience. Architect the MarTech Ecosystem: Design ELT/ETL pipelines that integrate our CRM, marketing automation, and ad platforms into a unified data layer. Enable End-to-End Traceability: Work with Product to model data that connects top-of-funnel marketing activity directly to revenue, solving the "black box" of attribution. Engineering Excellence: Apply top-tier software practices (SDLC, RFCs, unit testing) to ensure our customer data platform is scalable and reliable.
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have +5 years of experience with: Python & SQL Mastery: Deep command of both, specifically in handling complex JSON payloads and API integrations. Inbound & Outbound Tooling: You have hands-on experience working with data from major marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Outreach) and understand their data schemas. Traceability Expert: You understand the technical challenges of tracking users across devices and channels (cookies, UTMs, identity resolution) and converting that into clean data. Business Partner: You are commercially minded and want to see how your traffic allocation logic drives revenue. Fluent in English: We are a global team! Bonus Points: Experience with clickstream data processing (e.g., Snowplow, Segment, GA4 raw data). Spanish language skills (a plus for office life in Madrid!).
