Experteer Overview As a SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant in EY GDS Consulting Services, you drive HR transformation using SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions for leading clients in EMEA.You'll deliver advisory and implementation projects across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, applying agile approaches and managing project quality.You work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations and ensure successful post-implementation outcomes.This role offers global exposure and impact on enterprise management systems within a dynamic, transformation-focused environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support clients in selecting the most suitable SAP HR solution and participate in advisory projects during SAP implementations in the Human Capital area- Lead or contribute to SAP SUCCESS FACTORS implementations with emphasis on Employee Management and related HR processes- Participate in post-implementation reviews and coordinate major project tasks to ensure timely delivery- Ensure quality assurance across implementation projects, including testing and validation- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management in line with best practices- Prepare and execute test cases, plans and scripts; manage data models and XML-related configurations- Work in international environments and collaborate with cross-border teams- Maintain up-to-date SAP technology knowledge and continuously enhance domain expertise- Demonstrate higher education background and professional English communicationResponsabilidades- 4+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations- SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate- SAP HCM knowledge (asset)- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management in Global organizations- Translate business requirements into system configurations and create Solution Designs- Hands-on experience with Data Models and XML- System configuration aligned with Solution Design u**** Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint- Preparation and execution of Test Cases/Plans/Scripts- Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills- Higher Education Degree- Excellent English speaking and writing; additional languages desirableRequisitos principales- continuous learning- flexible impact and career growth- transformative leadership- diverse and inclusive culture
