Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer (Igaming): Providing high-level 3rd line technical support and system configuration for a complex multi-brand gaming platform with an accent on backend stability and microservices architecture. Focus on troubleshooting challenging production issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional development teams to ensure seamless gaming experiences., * Provide 3rd line technical support for gaming systems to internal teams and external partners.

• Maintain and participate in regular system configurations to support diverse gaming initiatives.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the backend and frontend infrastructure.
• Communicate with providers and business stakeholders to clarify operational requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to support platform containerization and scalability efforts.

• Expertise in 3rd line technical support and resolving complex product issues.
• Proficiency in backend engineering with C# .NET and microservices development.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working alongside QA engineers on manual and automation testing processes., * Familiarity with cloud-based development and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Understanding of database management using MS SQL, Redis, or Couchbase.
