Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant (Contract)

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central data migration, SAP ECC Payroll, and Business Integration Builder (BIB) integration.

Key Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Migration
• SAP ECC Payroll
• BIB (Business Integration Builder) Integration
• Data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration
• HR/Payroll data reconciliation
• End-to-end data migration life cycle
• Strong stakeholder communication

Experience:

• Proven years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Solid SuccessFactors data migration project experience
• Hands-on experience with ECC Payroll and BIB integration
• SuccessFactors implementation experience preferred

Contract: Immediate start

Duration: 2-3 months initial (extensions to be expected)
