Job description
The Field Service Supervisor drives a proper accountability in quality and provision of directions, materials, estimates of manpower, on-site logistics, as well as coordination with other departments, contractors, and customers. This role will supervise and oversee install of Custom Projects and LeaseFleet installations and demobs while also providing guidance and directions to the Team Lead and teams of Technicians who are providing the work. This position works with the Operations, Production, Project Managers, Yard leads, Safety, Transportation, and third-party vendors and contractors.
Responsibilities

Oversees manpower in the Gulf Coast area where we do not have immediate supervision.

Provides information for quotes, oversight, reports, and follow-up on field service mobilizations, installations, and demobilization of Field Service projects and services after the sale of products and Blast Resistant units.

Initiates and provides promotion and guidance as well as direction in safety, culture, and proper skill craft for and on locations and site information and criteria.

Monitors and maintains the reports and progression of each project.

Provides proper accountability in quality and provision of proper directions, materials, estimates, quotes, on-site coordination of logistics, as well as coordination with the other departments, contractors, and customers.
Requirements
-
5+ years' experience in construction as a journeyman or equivalent level of a state recognized trade or craft as well as three years leadership of a crew or team on job sites and projects.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.
Preferred Qualifications
-
10+ years' experience in a specific trade or craft experience in a construction field.

5+ years' experience in management and supervision while mentoring/instructing to develop up to a team

of 10 craftsmen in the field.

Able to read proficiently, understand, explain reports, spreadsheets, and industrial diagrams and schematics.

Able to clearly communicate the aspects and fundamentals of the project or job while also providing and explaining reports and spreadsheets dealing with projects and development of the specifics of the project(s).
