At K?LAGAN, we are waiting for you to continue growing together!We are an international technological services company specialized in: Opportunity We are looking to onboard a talented UX/UI Designer.You will become part of a diverse and dynamic team, contributing your experience to our continuous growth.Your participation in innovative projects will be key, sharing and applying your knowledge to create impactful, user?centered digital solutions.Mission Your mission will be to support the creation and optimization of web pages by building, modifying, and advising on creative web content.You will constantly elevate the user experience of our corporate site, bridging the gap between internal clients and business needs through data?driven and visually stunning design decisions.Day?to?Day Responsibilities Support the updating and creation of web pages by building and modifying creative content.Continuously improve the user experience (UX) across the corporate website.Act as a liaison with internal clients and different business units.Deliver the full UX/UI spectrum: from strategy, insight, and innovation, to creation, testing, and optimization.Understand consumer needs, conduct competitive analysis and user testing, and develop insights to guide the digital experience strategy.Conceptualize and develop design solutions, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to present proposed functionalities.Ensure all design solutions are robust, well?thought?out, and backed by best practices, facts, and evidence.Requirements Background: 1 year as a UX/UI Designer.Tools: Practical and hands?on knowledge of Figma (prototyping) and creative tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.UX Expertise: Solid understanding of UX research, user flows, and wireframing.Design Skills: Passion for design and technology, with deep knowle
