Job description

  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
  • Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise product integrations in customer/partner environments.
  • Share in-depth Agentic Workplace Transformation expertise covering Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to support the technical relationship with Google Cloud's enterprise customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Manage secondary market coverage for the EMEA South and MENAT regions.

Requirements

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
  • Experience working as a sales engineer, technical consultant, or in a customer-facing role within cloud computing, professional services, or systems engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
  • Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies.
  • Experience in mobile device management and relevant third-party integrations.
  • Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth and 2-step verification.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS terminology.
  • Ability to communicate in French fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
