Job description
The Systems Programming Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation solutions for enterprise Windows environments. This position is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through automation, contributing to large-scale Windows infrastructure initiatives, and supporting strategic platforms such as COSMIC and LOEv3. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to drive system reliability, scalability, and innovation., * Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation tools that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support and maintain enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
- Contribute to the enhancement and support of automation platforms, including COSMIC and LOEv3.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of infrastructure and automation-related issues.
- Support DevSecOps practices by contributing to secure development, deployment, and operational processes.
- Assist in documenting technical processes, automation workflows, and operational procedures.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize systems, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems programming, infrastructure support, automation development, or related IT functions.
- Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of automation development and deployment processes.
- Expereince with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft .NET - Intermediate proficiency in application development and automation solutions.
- DevSecOps & Azure DevOps - Working knowledge of source control, build/release pipelines, and secure software delivery practices.
- Windows Operating Systems - Foundational understanding of Windows server and desktop environments.
- Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Entra - Basic knowledge of cloud services, identity, and access management.
- Experience working with automation frameworks, scripting, and infrastructure management tools.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring, system administration, and operational support processes.
- Experience contributing to platform modernization and automation initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Benefits & conditions
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 - $134,899. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
