Job description
One of our key healthcare companies is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant that will be responsible for the following:

Design and review end-to-end data architectures utilizing Azure cloud technologies.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that align with organizational goals.

Evaluate current-state data environments and recommend future-state architecture strategies.

Design and optimize enterprise data platforms using: Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Azure Synapse Analytics Databricks
-
Create logical and physical data models to support reporting, analytics, and operational workloads.
-
Establish architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns for cloud-based data platforms.

Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to guide implementation efforts.

Assess opportunities to improve data quality, governance, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.

Support cloud modernization and enterprise data transformation initiatives.

Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are incorporated into all architectural designs.
Requirements
6-7 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related cloud data roles.

Strong expertise designing solutions within the Azure data ecosystem.

Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Azure Synapse Analytics Databricks

Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical platforms. -Strong understanding of: Data modeling ETL/ELT development Data integration architectures Cloud architecture principles Data governance best practices

Proven ability to evaluate, recommend, and document architecture solutions and technology strategies.

Experience balancing scalability, security, maintainability, and cost optimization in architecture decisions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Healthcare industry experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with healthcare, clinical, patient, or provider data. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI, etc.). Oncology industry experience (nice to have). Microsoft Azure certifications such as
