Job description
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality mobile features using Swift and modern iOS technologies.
- Interest in contributing to Android or cross-platform solutions.
- Own complex technical initiatives from planning through implementation, testing, and release.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-focused solutions on a regular cadence.
- Design maintainable, scalable, and well-tested software that supports long-term product growth.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the mobile platform.
- Write automated unit tests that improve confidence and reliability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance and stability.
- Mentor teammates through pairing, code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Help define and evolve engineering best practices across the Mobile Engineering team.
Requirements
You're an experienced Mobile Engineer who enjoys building thoughtful, reliable products that customers depend on every day. You have deep expertise in iOS development and enjoy working across modern mobile technologies to create intuitive user experiences.
You balance technical excellence with pragmatism, taking ownership of complex projects while collaborating effectively with product managers, designers and fellow engineers. You're comfortable driving technical decisions, improving architecture and mentoring others through code reviews and technical discussions. You embrace new tools and technologies-including AI-assisted development-to improve productivity while maintaining a high standard for code quality., * 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping native iOS applications.
- Deep expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK.
- Experience with SwiftUI.
- Interest in cross-platform frameworks and Android development.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, networking, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience writing automated unit and UI tests.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex technical projects from design through delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Considered a Plus
- Experience building Android applications with Kotlin.
- Experience designing scalable mobile architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Fastlane, CircleCI, or similar platforms.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics.
