Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Technology or related field 2 years professional experience with training, instructional design, instructional technologies, or related field. Experience delivering technology or system training, preferably within higher education or a similarly complex organization. Experience creating instructional videos, digital learning assets, and multimedia training materials. Experience developing and facilitating technical presentations and workshops for diverse, non-technical audiences. Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously. Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered., Master's degree or coursework in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Learning or related field Experience with learning management systems and related technologies, including Canvas, Bridge, Canvas Catalog, or similar platforms. Experience with instructional development and multimedia tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive digital learning practices. Experience developing email campaigns, newsletters, website content, and learner communications. Ability to demonstrate a professional presence with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies that support training, productivity, and digital learning initiatives.
