Core Web Architecture: Advanced, thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Java Ecosystem: Proven software engineering experience utilizing Java 8+ environments.
Framework Proficiency: Hands-on development experience utilizing Angular, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Primefaces, and Quarkus.
Interface Integration: Demonstrated capability understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex data interfaces across multiple distinct applications.
Education & Experience Level: Mid- or Senior-Level preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional software development experience working on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Substitution: Four (4) years of additional relevant software experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree (totaling 11 years of experience).

Accessibility Compliance: Practical knowledge of 508/WAI-ARIA requirements and direct proficiency working with screen readers.
Database Management: Operational familiarity with Oracle database systems.
Cloud Architecture: Experience developing or deploying applications within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with agency reporting frameworks, dissemination tools, and strict classification policies.
Agile Methods: Experience collaborating in an Agile software development lifecycle utilizing Jira and Confluence.
