At 1000things, we’ve placed a strong emphasis on New Work initiatives since our founding a decade ago. Home office, remote work, and unlimited vacation were part of our culture long before these terms became popular. We’ve continuously tested, discarded, and re-implemented various strategies — But what challenges did we face? What did we abandon along the way? What are we currently working on, and what’s next?
