Client-Side State Management Reimagined – Think Outside the Box

Web frontend applications are optimized to render application state in the browser while updating changes as frequently as necessary but as rarely as possible to maintain high performance. SolidJS introduced Signals specifically for this purpose. Angular has also adopted this concept to track state changes reactively and update the DOM with pinpoint accuracy.

In Angular, Signals serve as the synchronization mechanism between JavaScript and the browser DOM, replacing the currently used Zone.js library in the future.

As a reactive API, Signals are also well-suited for client-side state management. The most popular libraries in the Angular ecosystem come from the NgRx namespace.
