How losing 60 lbs made me a better Platform Engineer

A talk to confuse correlation and causation. During my personal running journey over the last two years, I learned some lessons about endurance running that will also help with creating a developer platform. The secret to success with both is a change in mindset. I will look at many different aspects covering technology, process, organization, and success metrics.
