Founding Engineer (Front End)

• Own the front end of the product end to end in a fast paced environment
• Take on a high volume of UI work, implementing a strong, unique design language: unique UIs to display and enable human interaction with complex teams of AI browser agents
• Partner with our Designer as a real creative collaborator: brainstorm UI directions together, give feedback on work in progress, and prototype in code to figure out what actually works. We want someone with opinions about interfaces, not someone waiting on a handoff
• Bring modern front end framework expertise to raise the bar on UI quality and consistency (Part of front end our stack today includes Shadcn, Tailwind, and Next.js)
• As a senior hire, help establish front end best practices and structure for the team going forward

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on and extensive TypeScript proficiency
• Proficiency with React.
• Proficiency with Next.js
• Have great written and verbal communication.
