Experience in a relevant discipline (engineering, product, design, go-to-market, operations, or related fields), with a desire to own meaningful problems and see work through to real outcomes.
A high bar for quality in how you build, communicate, and collaborate, with care for both the details and the broader impact of your work.
The ability to reason clearly through complex or ambiguous problems, make thoughtful decisions, and execute with urgency when it matters.
A collaborative mindset and interest in building together, partnering across teams, and contributing to an environment of trust, respect, and constructive debate.
Alignment with Render's Operating Principles and the way we operate day to day, including ownership of outcomes, raising the quality bar, moving quickly with intention, and taking a long-term view.

4 weeks of paid vacation.
