Infrastructure Analyst - Band 2

• Administer and support Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments.
• Manage physical and virtualized infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure systems.
• Support virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Handle storage management, backup, and infrastructure availability activities.
• Perform basic networking and security-related administration tasks.
• Support infrastructure automation and operational improvements.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.

Do you have experience in Windows support?, We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst (Band 2) to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure environments across Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in server administration, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure operations within mission-critical environments. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT teams., * Strong experience in server administration across Windows, Linux, and Unix.

• Good knowledge of virtualization, storage, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security concepts.
• Experience working in mission-critical or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Exposure to automation and scripting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in Infrastructure Administration / Operations.
