Network and System Technician

Essential Functions:

• Familiarity with MacOS, Windows, and ChromeOS environments.
• Handling large projects as assigned.
• Diagnose and repair Hardware/Software problems.
• Proficient in a Google Workspace environment.
• Work on different servers including Windows DHCP and DNS
• Understanding of IDPs
• Installing and maintaining networks and hardware systems
• Diagnosing network problems and repairing issues with connectivity
• Managing permissions of users and devices
• Have an understanding of Network wiring standards and methods.
• Understanding of Basic Electricity and Electronics
• Other duties assigned as necessary by Supervisor.

• One year of experience in technology
• Network Certificates a plus, The individual who holds this position is regularly required to walk, hear and speak and must have close moderate and distance vision ability. The individual must be able to travel between district facilities. The position requires a moderate amount of travel, both in and out of the district.
