Job description

We are seeking a hands-on technical resource to support data, reporting, and automation initiatives within our Environmental function. This role is focused on building scalable data pipelines, developing reporting solutions, and driving end-to-end automation across systems. The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment., * Support automation and data workflows for environmental reporting.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable database architectures and data pipelines
Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Spotfire, or similar)
Develop and implement data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation processes
Build automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, or similar tools
Integrate data across multiple systems and platforms
Document data processes, architectures, and standards for scalability and auditability
Provide hands-on technical execution support for priority automation and reporting projects

Requirements

Strong database expertise (SQL required, cloud data platforms a plus)
Proven hands-on experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Spotfire, or similar)
Proven hands-on experience building automation (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, or similar)
Experience designing and supporting data integration and ETL pipelines
Experience working with both structured and semi-structured/unstructured datasets
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment, * Experience in the oil and gas industry.
5+ Years of experience in IT Industry specially on the development and support side.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced data modelling
