Job description

Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies is seeking a highly qualified and motivated System Administrator to join our team. We work with the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) located at Tinker AFB, Hill AFB, Robins AFB, and Wright Patterson AFB Advisory & Assistance for cybersecurity, network operations, and system administration for specified informational technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) within the Industrial Depot Maintenance (IDM) and Depot Support Services (DSS) authorizing official (AO) boundary. Network Operations support will include design, implement, and maintain OT networks and connected devices at Tinker, Hill and Robins Air Force bases. Cybersecurity effort will utilize the Risk Management Framework (RMF) per DoDI 8510.01, RMF for DoD Information, AFI 17-101, and RMF for Air Force Information Technology (IT), support AFSC in maintaining RMF compliance under AO guidance and acceptance of risk., System Administrators shall implement DoD\USAF security on operating systems, applications, machine tools, and other devices using software patches, DISA STIGs and Security Requirement Guides (SRGs) or vender security guides as applicable to the system IAW DoDI 8500.01. All STIG rules that are applicable to the system must be configured unless a risk-based decision has been approved to waive the configuration. Multiple STIGs are applicable to each device.

This person will:

  • Install vendor security patches to maintain cybersecurity in accordance with DoD policy

  • Add and remove users, computers and objects to active directory

  • Connect machine tools to switches

  • Maintain asset inventory and baseline of devices

  • STIG devices

  • Review logs

Requirements

  • Prior experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoDI 8510.01.

  • Familiarity with AFI 17-101 and Air Force Information Technology RMF.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of enterprise services like ACAS, HBSS, Cyber Protect, and Cisco ISE/DNA is a plus.

  • An active security clearance is REQUIRED.

  • A Security+ Certification is REQUIRED.
