Enforcement Operations Specialist (Cyber & AI Safety)

• Review customer signals, user interactions, and code to identify potential policy violations and account abuse.
• Apply and enforce established safety, security, and enforcement policies with accuracy and consistency.
• Label and classify data to support machine learning models and automated detection systems.
• Investigate suspicious activity and identify emerging abuse patterns, security risks, and policy trends.
• Collaborate with Policy Managers, Threat Investigators, Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve enforcement processes.
• Conduct enforcement audits and escalate high-risk findings when appropriate.
• Evaluate new products and features for potential misuse, abuse, or safety concerns.
• Handle customer communications, enforcement appeals, and policy-related inquiries.
• Produce regular operational reports highlighting trends, risks, and enforcement outcomes.
• Support surge review efforts and operational workflows during periods of increased volume., This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI safety, cybersecurity operations, and platform integrity. The ideal candidate will have a cybersecurity background, the ability to review and understand code, and experience identifying potentially harmful or abusive behavior across digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications

• Cyber Defense, Threat Intelligence, SOC, Incident Response, or Security Operations experience.
• Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Platform Integrity, or Abuse Prevention experience.
• Familiarity with policy enforcement on digital platforms.
• Understanding of AI safety, responsible AI, and emerging technology risks.
• Experience analyzing user behavior and identifying platform abuse patterns.
• Experience creating reports, documenting findings, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
