Job description

Our customer is looking for a certified MyChart Analyst to assist with their Guided Scheduling initiative.

Day to Day they will be responsible for:

Build and configure MyChart scheduling workflows and decision logic

Validate end-to-end scheduling scenarios (patient input * correct provider match)

Test and troubleshoot system behavior to ensure accuracy

Partner with stakeholders to refine questionnaires and scheduling pathways

Identify and resolve gaps in scheduling logic or patient experience

Requirements

Epic MyChart Certification (required)

Hands-on experience with:

  • Online Scheduling / Patient Self-Scheduling
  • Open Scheduling & Direct Scheduling
  • Decision Trees and/or Questionnaire build

Strong experience with workflow validation and testing (ensuring configurations behave correctly)

Experience working with Patient Access / scheduling workflows Epic Cadence Certification or strong Cadence workflow knowledge

Experience supporting Guided Scheduling initiatives or scheduling optimization efforts

Experience with referral-to-scheduling workflows
