SQL Developer

Provide development and support for enterprise database systems across Oracle and SQL server, including performance tuning, query optimization, and schema enhancements.

• Support and enhance crystal report solutions to ensure timely and accurate business reporting.
• Manage and troubleshoot data pipelines and workloads in GCP based RBS Data warehouse and BigQuery, ensuring data reliability and performance.
• Partner with application and data teams to resolve production issues, implement enhancements, and support ongoing modernization initiatives across on-prem and cloud platforms.

*5-7 years of experience in database development or Development DBA roles supporting enterprise applications. *Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and/or SQL server, including SQL development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling. *Experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting performance issues and resolving data-related incidents. *Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or similar BI/reporting platforms. *Experience working with ETL processes or data pipelines in a structured enterprise environment. *Strong understanding of relational database concepts, indexing strategies, and query optimization techniques. *Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. *Ability to collaborate with application developers, QA, infrastructure teams in a production support model., *Experience with Google Cloud Platform(GCP) services, especially with BigQuery and cloud-based data warehousing. *Exposure to hybrid data environments (on-prem + cloud) and data integration patterns. *Experience with performance tuning in large-scale, high-volume transactional systems. *Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or shell scripting for automation. *Knowledge of CI/CD concepts as applied to database deployments. *Experience in regulated or financial services environments. *Exposure to modernization efforts migrating from legacy database/repots to cloud-based analytics platforms
