Procurement/Materials Procurement/NPI (ERP/MES/Oracle)

• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules, including kitting, staging, and timely delivery to manufacturing areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions (Oracle/MES) to ensure traceability, compliance, and data integrity.
• Monitor material availability, proactively resolve shortages, and expedite critical components to prevent production delays.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, purchasing, and production teams to align material supply with demand, including support for NPI builds.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD handling, and ITAR/EAR requirements in all material handling and documentation processes.

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and safely handle delicate, high-value products.

• Strong hand-eye coordination with the ability to handle and process multiple materials simultaneously.
• Experience working with microscopes (preferred).
• Proficient computer skills, including ERP/MES systems and data entry accuracy.
• Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify issues and escalate through established chain of command.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

$26.09 an hour - Full-time, Contract
