Requirements

Senior Full Stack Engineer requirements:7+ years of experience with a pragmatic product engineering mindset and strong architectural capabilitiesCommand of TypeScript/Node OR Python for full-stack development, alongside React and maintaining frontend design systemsPhilosophical alignment with AI-native development, actively using agentic tools like Cursor and Claude Code to drive high-velocity workflowsRelational database experience (MySQL preferred), ORM frameworks, Docker, and AWSA track record of delivering measurable product outcomes, performance optimizations, and commercial impact.
