Requirements
4+ years of experience as a member of an agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master (or 8+ years combined higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree) Strong Scrum and SAFe/scaling experience with demonstrated ability to execute in structured enterprise environments, particularly in banking or regulated industries Solid proficiency with agile tooling including Jira, Confluence, and Miro - not learning on the job Proven experience managing dependencies across teams, risk visibility (RAID logs, escalation patterns), and delivery metrics (predictability, throughput, flow efficiency) Master-level understanding of the Scrum framework including inputs/outputs of all events and how to add value through efficient, purposeful ceremonies Coachable and creative mindset with openness to feedback, iterative improvement, and balancing theory with practical execution Strong ability to lead through influence, fostering team empathy while maintaining accountability for delivery Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders
