The Manager, AI Business Engagement supports Enterprise AI Office transformation by helping teams across the organization identify, shape, and prioritize opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve products, workflows, decision making, and knowledge access aligned to Responsible AI and internal governance practices. This role works across business lanes to ensure AI-related demand is clearly defined, aligned with enterprise priorities, and routed to the appropriate pathway for evaluation and potential execution in a safe and sustainable manner.
The Manager, AI Business Engagement helps stakeholders understand available options across enterprise AI tools, embedded AI capabilities in existing platforms and products, vendor provided solutions, and enterprise-level reusable capabilities. The role focuses on intake clarity, prioritization alignment, and helping business leaders make informed decisions about when and how AI should be applied responsibly.
This role does not require solution development or engineering responsibilities, but requires knowledge of AI Operations to coordinate efforts with appropriate experts.
A Day in the Life
- Facilitate structured intake conversations that help business teams translate challenges into clearly defined opportunity statements that can be evaluated consistently across the enterprise.
- Support evaluation of opportunities across Enable, Augment, and Transform pathways, ensuring stakeholders understand tradeoffs related to complexity, maturity, and coordination needs.
- Facilitate and prioritize discussions by framing value drivers, dependencies and cross-team opportunities.
- Coordinate AI demand with internal and external execution/capacity teams, ensuring scope and resources are well understood both internally and externally
- Identify desired outcomes and success criteria including KPIs and ROI definition
- Ensure opportunities align to enterprise priorities and strategy themes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Strategy, Data Analytics or related field
- 6+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, product strategy or transformation
- AIGP Certification Preferred
- Recent GenAI and Agentic AI- related certifications and education preferred
- Experience implementing enterprise, production-level AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience evaluating technology tools or supporting implementation of new capabilities
- Experience with Product design and implementation preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally across business and technology teams, specifically with Senior leadership and stakeholders
- Experience structuring ambiguous problems
- Experience supervising teams and third-party capacity partners and vendors
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus

Pay Equity $134,500.00 - $174,900.00
Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
