Technical Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a critical and strategic technical program. As a key member of our TPM team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our FX payments initiative globally. This role focuses on supporting a key AI-based implementation program. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus.Strong experience in technical program management, with a focus on global financial technology or FX payments being a plus.Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs on a global scale.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.Exceptional professional maturity, proactiveness, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Experience using Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, Lucid chart, and/or Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications:Experience with international payments regulations and compliance.Experience supporting AI implementation projects, specifically OslerAI. Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership:Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global technical programs.Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Drive program level agile ceremonies (SoS, Sprint reviews, Meta Scrum, Retrospect)Manage sprint teamsCreate and Maintain program planOversee vendor projects to drive timely delivery within scope and budgetDrive adherence to change management process
