PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

• Lead the technical migration from cloud-based SaaS recruiting platforms to integrated PeopleSoft modules.
• Architect functional and technical design specifications for complex enterprise system workflows.
• Manage Agency Direct Data Access interfaces with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML connectivity, EFT server integrations, and batch job processing.
• Review application code and technical designs to ensure compliance with established SDLC standards.
• Execute Level 2 Service Desk troubleshooting for complex system incidents and performance risks.
• Support SOC-1 attestation audits and disaster recovery exercises to safeguard sensitive system data.

• 10 or more years of experience in enterprise ERP systems development and technical support.
• Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Recruit (TAM/CG) and Oracle Taleo Talent Acquisition Suite.
• Experience in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, and Application Engine.
• Experience with Oracle 11g or higher, SQL, PS Query, and relational database management.
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle SQL Developer for advanced data reporting.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and ITIL framework methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
