Requirements

PMP certification
5+ years managing technical programs in Agile environments
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware)
Proven experience leading global, multi-country Salesforce rollouts not just a single-instance implementation
Strong working knowledge of SFCC Business Manager, the SFRA framework, and Salesforce OMS
Hands-on OCM experience change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and training coordination at a program level
Working knowledge across the broader Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
Expert-level Jira and Confluence usage sprint management, backlog grooming, dependency tracking, reporting, and documentation
Hands-on experience building and maintaining Gantt charts for multi-workstream, multi-region programs
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable working core EST hours while coordinating globally distributed teams
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working directly inside the technical and functional details when needed

Nice to Have:

Salesforce certifications (B2C Commerce Admin or Developer, Platform App Builder, or other Cloud-specific consultant certifications)
Formal OCM certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
Scrum Master or other Agile certification
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with localization, data residency, or regional compliance considerations in CRM/eCommerce rollouts
Background partnering with Salesforce implementation partners or system integrators
