  • Provide end-user support for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and VTC systems.
  • Deliver responsive IT support to senior leaders and headquarters staff.
  • Train users and support personnel on systems, processes, and support procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting secure enterprise, operational, or mission-critical IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting classified and unclassified networks, including NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, MPE, and/or bilateral environments.
  • Experience standing up, relocating, or supporting command posts, operations centers, or mission-support IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with IT asset accountability, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Experience supporting operational exercises, mission events, or high-tempo environments.
  • Strong systems administration, troubleshooting, and end-user support experience.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams, operational stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
