Job description
- Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country
- Ensure System Architecture and Technical Baseline are developed and maintained
- Ensure System Requirements are developed and maintained
- Ensure Software Requirements are developed and maintained
- Ensure Modeling and Simulation products are appropriately scoped and provided
- Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts a Patriot partner country
- Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status
- Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel.
Requirements
- Experience with System Engineering across the premier Integrated Air and Missile Defense System in the world.
- Ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines, Quality, Reliability, and program management
- Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification
- Program Management (PM) Level 6 certification
- Path to Lead System Engineer (LSE) certification
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
- Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Earned Value Certification.
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems ( LADS ) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated System Engineering Country Cross Product Team Lead to support a large Patriot program. The SE CPT lead is responsible for various engineering activities, including system architecture definition. System Requirements, Software Requirements, Modeling and Simulation, Raytheon Lifecycle Product Management (RLPM) design milestone activities, and externally facing customer events. Additional activities include proposal support and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) monthly accountability. Activities require the ability to require travel. This position is onsite based in Tewksbury MA or Huntsville AL.
