Job description

Designing and developing (enhancements and maintenance) new ETL and Business Intelligence Solutions using the Microsoft SSIS and SQL Server Relational Database technologies.

Monitor production jobs, maintain, and enhance legacy ETL processes on a regular basis. Improve slow running jobs with the help of redesign and better ETL processes to meet business needs.

Work very closely with the existing team to design, model, develop, and maintain existing and new SQL databases objects required for all business solutions.

The Software Senior Engineer designs, develops, and maintains complex software applications that support healthcare revenue cycle operations. Ensures high-quality, scalable solutions that optimize performance and compliance with industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Develops and implements software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Analyzes business requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and provides guidance on system architecture and design. Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues, optimizes application performance, and ensures data security and compliance with healthcare regulations. Mentors junior developers, contributes to code reviews, and actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
