Job description

This is a highly hands-on Salesforce position focused on platform build, configuration, CRM rollout, and ongoing optimisation., * Building and configuring Salesforce including flows, automation, objects, and reporting

  • Supporting CRM architecture, workflows, and data models
  • Translating business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
  • Supporting integrations with ERP systems and other business platforms
  • Working closely with external Salesforce partners and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting testing, deployment, release management, and user adoption
  • Helping shape the long-term CRM strategy as the business continues to grow, * How many years of experience do you have working with Salesforce, and what have you used it for?
  • Have you been involved in a Salesforce implementation or CRM transformation project before?

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional who enjoys working across both the technical and stakeholder side of projects, with genuine ownership and visibility within the organisation., We’re looking for someone with strong Salesforce experience who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key experience includes:

  • Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
  • Hands-on configuration and platform build capability
  • Experience with workflows, automation, integrations, and CRM processes
  • Experience delivering Salesforce implementations or transformation projects
  • Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience within multi-entity or acquisitive businesses
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or wider Salesforce ecosystem tools
  • Experience supporting wider digital transformation programmes
